Sinus Steamer

While going through school for holistic nutrition and aromatherapy I created this herbal steam. I’ve watched it work its magic on someone who had terrible seasonal allergies, stuffed up, itchy eyes and an itchy throat. By putting 1 tablespoon of this herbal mix in 4 cups of water then sitting over the steam with a towel over their head, their symptoms were virtually gone. Time to ditch pharma and all the chemicals that come with it by getting back to our roots. (3 uses per packet)
